We'll send you an email notification at 80% and 100% of your limit. The chat widget stays active but switches to a "leave a message" mode. You can upgrade your plan at any time from the admin panel — instantly.
Can I use my own PHP/MySQL backend?add
Yes — the entire backend is yours. You receive the full PHP source code with every plan. Host it on your own server, point the BASE_URL in chatbot.js to your domain, and you're fully self-hosted. The SaaS subscription covers hosting if you prefer we manage it.
How accurate is the bot's knowledge matching?add
The built-in matcher uses exact, partial, and similarity matching across your FAQ and knowledge base. For higher accuracy, the Business plan supports connecting an OpenAI or Claude API key for full LLM-powered responses.
